Clicks on the keyword spiked on Nov 18th dramatically as well.

The spike was generated by a discount promotion at "WeMakePrice (WMP)", an e-marketplace website.
WMP ran 'Black 1111 Day' promotion from Nov 1st to Nov 11th and they extended the promotion thanks to huge inflow of customers during the event.
They sold such best sellers one at a time: Play Station 4 Pro on 16th, Starbucks Etched Tumbler on 17th, and YSL Tatouage Couture on 18th.
YSL Tatouage Couture was sold at KRW 9,900 (USD 8.74) for the limited 600 pieces.

A lot of buzz on the promotion was generated through online communities and social media.
Many customers said that they missed the deal as it sold too fast.
